Location:

Duties: 

  • Represent public school districts in administrative hearings and litigation.
  • Advise clients on compliance with education law and regulations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, policies, and contracts related to school district operations.
  • Provide legal counsel on issues such as student rights, employment matters, and governance.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies that address legal issues in education.
  • Support clients with guidance on transactional matters, as needed.

Requirements: 

  • 26 years of experience as a practicing attorney, preferably with a focus on education law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate approach with a dedication to supporting public agencies and educational institutions.

Education: 

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications: 

  • Active membership in the State Bar.

Skills:
