  • Keep up-to-date with developments in state and local tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 11 years of experience in state and local tax law.
  • Strong background in tax controversy and dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrated experience with multistate tax issues.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in State Bar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • LL.M. in Taxation (preferred).

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in State Bar.
