Associate Attorney needed for Huntsville office

Location:

• Huntsville, Alabama

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of family law cases from intake through final resolution

• Develop and execute strategic legal plans in alignment with client goals

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence

• Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings and trials

• Maintain consistent and empathetic communication with clients throughout the legal process

• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards

• Maintain a minimum of 30 billable hours per week

• Monitor and manage client billing and payment status

• Adhere to firm procedures for document management and case handling

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Alabama

• At least 1 year of experience in family law (preferred)

• Strong grasp of Alabama family law statutes and procedures

• Ability to manage a full caseload independently

• Excellent client-facing communication skills

• Must maintain a fully equipped and reliable home office (if working remotely)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the Alabama State Bar
