Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in a range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support modifications, and asset division

• Manage an active caseload while maintaining high-quality client service and communication

• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements

• Conduct legal research, prepare for hearings, and advocate in court proceedings

• Negotiate and mediate settlements in family law disputes

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal support staff on case strategy and execution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of recent experience practicing family law in Georgia

• Demonstrated litigation experience in Georgia family law courts

• Proven ability to manage emotionally sensitive and complex cases

• Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment with an emphasis on client advocacy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
