This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in U.S. franchise regulations and a solid background in drafting franchise-related agreements and regulatory filings. This position offers the opportunity to work within a top-ranked Franchise & Distribution practice, counseling both domestic and international clients across diverse industries.Duties:Draft franchise-related agreements, franchise disclosure documents, and regulatory filings.Provide legal counsel on complex business transactions within the franchise sector.Advise domestic and international clients on franchise and distribution matters.Support clients in various industries, from private equity firms to start-ups and large-scale franchisors.Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on diverse, high-stakes franchise matters.Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of transactional experience in U.S. franchise law.Knowledge of franchise regulations, including experience with franchise disclosure documents and compliance.Additional experience in international franchise law and mergers & acquisitions is a plus.Licensed to practice law in Delaware or eligible for admission via waiver.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active member in good standing with the Delaware State Bar or eligible for admission.Skills:Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical abilities.Effective communication skills, with the capacity to provide complex legal guidance.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Superior attention to detail and a client-focused approach.Benefits:Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Paid time off and recognized holidays.Professional growth and career advancement opportunities within a leading franchise law practice.
