Duties:

• Manage and litigate complex business disputes from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs while preparing for hearings and trials.
• Represent clients in court, including managing depositions, witness preparation, and trial presentations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and execution.
• Handle matters related to mechanics' liens and other specific business litigation concerns.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals on case-related tasks.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships while providing strategic legal advice.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in business litigation or complex commercial disputes.
• Strong courtroom and trial experience, including handling depositions and hearings.
• Preference for candidates with experience in mechanics liens or clerking.
• Licensed to practice in TX.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic background.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice in TX, with eligibility to practice immediately.

Skills:

• Strong legal research, writing, and drafting abilities.
