Medical Negligence Associate Attorney

Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a medical negligence associate attorney with 2-6 years of practice in civil litigation, preferably with experience in conducting and defending depositions. The candidate will defend high-exposure matters during all phases of litigation to represent and defend hospitals, health systems, long-term care facilities, and individual healthcare professionals. Develop expert witness and trial strategy, conduct and defend depositions, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and dispositive motions, and represent clients during courtroom appearances and arguments. Illinois Bar admission is mandatory. Indiana Bar admission is a plus. Excellent research skills, writing skills, and verbal communication skills are required.
