Duties:

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to real estate development.
  • Focus on construction, design, and development contracts (experience preferred, not required).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in real estate development and related contracts.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.

  • Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus, though not required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
