Duties:

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to real estate development.
• Focus on construction, design, and development contracts (experience preferred, not required).
• Engage directly with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in real estate development and related contracts.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be admitted or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
• Spanish fluency is a plus, though not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
