A respected law firm is seeking a passionate and experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join its Rancho Cucamonga office. Location:

• Rancho Cucamonga, California

Duties:

• Advise clients on legal rights and prepare related legal documentation

• Represent clients during pretrial hearings and provide post-hearing counsel

• Conduct court appearances, manage trials, and prepare legal motions

• Interview witnesses and perform detailed legal research

• Evaluate case outcomes using legal precedents and current statutes

• Build strong defense strategies by gathering and analyzing evidence

• Prepare clients for depositions and collaborate with expert witnesses

• Maintain and manage a consistent caseload with regular case updates

Requirements:

• Prior experience managing criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Commitment to providing exceptional service to clients

• Strong time management and case prioritization skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California

• Member in good standing with the State Bar of California

Skills:

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

• Proficiency in legal research and strategic case development

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure legal environments

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
